Terms of Service

Pilot draft — last updated 16 July 2026. These terms apply to self-service workspace signup on souveraign.io. Have counsel review before treating them as final commercial terms.

1. Operator
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to the souverAIgn / SCK Platform cloud service operated by websocon UG, Stralauer Allee 23a, 10245 Berlin, Germany (“we”, “us”).

2. Service
We provide a hosted workspace for organization administration, agent connection, and related governance tooling (the “Service”). Features may change during pilot and early-access phases.

3. Account & eligibility
You must provide accurate organization and contact information and keep credentials secure. You represent that you are authorized to create a workspace for the named organization and to accept these Terms on its behalf.

4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other customers, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create material security or operational risk.

5. Customer data & agents
You retain responsibility for content, agents, integrations, and instructions you connect to the Service. You must configure integrations lawfully and in line with your internal policies.

6. No professional advice
The Service does not provide legal, compliance, or certification advice. Outputs and recommendations are tooling aids only.

7. Availability & changes
We aim for reasonable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service during pilots. We may modify or discontinue features with notice where practical.

8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Mandatory consumer or statutory rights remain unaffected.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Berlin shall have jurisdiction where permitted.

10. Contact
Questions about these Terms: use the contact options on souveraign.io or write to the operator address in the Legal notice (Impressum).
